How to print it

Print the card double-sided. In your print dialog, turn on "Print on both sides" (sometimes called two-sided or duplex) and choose "Flip on long edge" if you're given a choice. Paper size: Letter, Orientation: Landscape, Scale: 100% / Actual Size.
Fold it in half along the dashed line down the middle, front cover facing out.
If the front cover and inside message don't line up (e.g. the front cover looks blank or upside down), reprint using the other duplex option — "Flip on short edge" instead — since printers vary in how they label this.
Print the bonus insert separately, single-sided (Letter, Portrait, Actual Size), then cut along the corner marks and tuck it inside the folded card.
